This blanket has 4 customizable lettering panels. There is room for:

a last name,
special date (year or full month/day/year),
2 first names
The name panels can also be used for any words you'd like, provided they fit.

This pattern is worked as one piece from the bottom up. I have marked the different panels in the pattern so you can change colors as desired.
This is a large blanket - perfect for two ❤ to snuggle under!
Finished Size: Approximately is 67 x 83.5/88.5 inches (176/189 rows tall - depending on length of Last Name, which changes the placement of 'the')
- Hook: 4mm
- Blanket Body: ~4,500 yards DK yarn
- Border: ~400 yards DK yarn
Left handed? It doesn’t matter - just crochet this blanket as written. My patterns have been tested by left-handed crocheters and this does not effect the lettering panels.

Christmas Filet CAL (2022)

There are FOUR versions of the 2022 Christmas Filet CAL. 3 one-piece blankets and a joined Granny Block Blanket. Both feature the same 12 gorgeous ornament designs. Well, technically, I think there are 5 versions - but no tester chose to do a solid-color blanket - but you could! In worsted (aran) weight the blanket will be the perfect size to use on the couch when the air gets a little chilly. Of course you can choose to make your blanket larger by adding more panels/rows/blocks or ornaments...or by using a chunky weight yarn (use a 6mm hook for Chunky) to give it some extra squishy warmth! The Christmas CAL blankets can also be made smaller/lighter y using a DK weight yarn (use a 4mm hook for DK). Granny Block Blanket Supply List - 46x46 inches

137 yards worsted weight yarn for ONE block (includes the sc edging)
22 yards per block for the granny round (using joining-as-you-go to join all the blocks)
- Optional: To do continuous-join-as-you-go after all the blocks have an initial granny round you will need 352 additional yards of your border color. This version will be approximately 50x50 inches.

Mr. Seahorse by Eric Carle is one of my kids' favorite stories, so I just had to do some seahorses to go with the sea turtles and baby belugas. :-) Pattern is written in numerical filet, which is quickly becoming the best filet reading and writing method out there! Crazy Daisy Blanket

The Crazy Daisy design is my favorite design I've made - EVER! This listing includes TWO pattern options- Choose from a paneled blanket OR Daisy filet blocks turned into Granny Squares. Pattern is written in Numerical Notation and also includes the graph. This pattern can be worked with any weight yarn and hook. Gauge is not important. This pattern can be increased/decreased in multiples of 49 stitches across and 27 rows up to make any size blanket. Paneled Blanket has a finished size of approximately 32 by 42 inches using DK yarn and a 4.5mm hook and the repeats noted. Granny Squared Blanket - flower square measures approx. 10 inches after sc border. With added 3-round Granny portion, square is about 12 inches. The 12-square blanket as shown here measures approx. 43 by 54 inches after joining and bordering.

The HOPE Blanket - A design for all of those fighting any kind of cancer, just chose the appropriate awareness color for the fighter you’re making for! This is a 16 page pattern written in numerical filet with all the graphs included.

Finished size is approximately 45x54 inches using Aran/worsted yarn and a 5mm hook.
