- This pattern is worked from the bottom up and turned for each new row. It has no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ side and can be worked as written for either right or left hand hook holders.

- I used DK with a 4.5mm hook so yarn amounts are given for DK weight yarn with a finished size of approximately 29x34 inches.

Cream Narwhals were hooked by the amazing Amanda Klimper of @aklimper As written in the pattern using DK yarn this Cream Narwhal blanket measures about 35x36 inches. Blue hues Narwhal were hooked by the talented Toni Franklin of @Tonimaycrochet. She used worsted weight yarn and added forth panel of narwals for a nice big blanket! Purple & White Narwhals by Emma Moss of @stitchedupbyemma, she omitted the hearts on the out facing narwhal panels.

- These patterns can be worked with any weight yarn & desired hook.
- Finished size following the one-piece throw pattern as written with the yarn & hook noted in the supplies below will measure approximately 48 by 56 inches (121 by 140 cm). The height of a single panel is 24 inches (22 cm).
- Custom Size One-Piece Blanket: Chain a multiple of 42 sts and then use 1 or more of the block patterns to create the panels, repeating the block pattern across for as many multiples of 42 as you chose. Do as many panels as you like to complement your width.
