Tour de France Filet Crochet Along ~ Week 1, Part 2

We have a panel of BIKES!

I think this was one of the harder filet designs I’ve done. When I had the idea, I really thought a bike would be easy…but it was a bit of a challenge to get it to look like a racing bike and not just a couple wheels and a seat.

If you think 21 rows is a lot to crochet in just one week – FEAR NOT! We have a “rest” week next week where I’ll only add a few rows to the blanket, and they aren’t a filet pattern, so it will be simple and rhythmic. You’ll have plenty of time to catch up on your bikes before the next filet design panel starts!
