  • Gnome Granny Block finished size is approximately 17×22 inches with sc edging using DK and a 4mm hook. Finished granny blanket on cover is 40×50 inches with 5 rounds of granny border (not including the joining border).

  • 1,460 total yards DK yarn for the body
    • that’s 365 yards per gnome
  • 150 yards DK yarn for the Ladder Border

  • 390 total yards DK yarn per gnome block w/sc edging
  • 322 yards DK yarn to join & border your blocks with the continuous-join-as-you-go granny method

Crazy Daisy Blanket
The Crazy Daisy design is my favorite design I've made - EVER! This listing includes TWO pattern options- Choose from a paneled blanket OR Daisy filet blocks turned into Granny Squares. Pattern is written in Numerical Notation and also includes the graph. This pattern can be worked with any weight yarn and hook. Gauge is not important. This pattern can be increased/decreased in multiples of 49 stitches across and 27 rows up to make any size blanket. Paneled Blanket has a finished size of approximately 32 by 42 inches using DK yarn and a 4.5mm hook and the repeats noted. Granny Squared Blanket - flower square measures approx. 10 inches after sc border. With added 3-round Granny portion, square is about 12 inches. The 12-square blanket as shown here measures approx. 43 by 54 inches after joining and bordering.

This blanket has 2 customizable lettering panels. There is room for:

  • This pattern is worked as one piece from the bottom up. I have marked the different panels in the pattern so you can change colors as desired.
  • This is a large blanket. Finished Size: Approximately is 67 x 67/72 inches (125/131 rows tall - depending on length of Last Name, which changes the placement of 'the')
    • Hook: 4mm
    • Blanket Body: ~3,500 yards DK yarn
    • Border: ~322 yards DK yarn
  • Left handed? It doesn’t matter - just crochet this blanket as written. My patterns have been tested by left-handed crocheters and this does not effect the lettering panels.

Creation Timeline -

Step One: within 24 hours of payment I will email you to personally confirm your order. This is NOT the "Thank you for your order, here are your downloads" email you get immediately after purchase. This personal sent email will come after the system-sent purchase email. In this email, I will double check the spelling and placement of your lettering as well as the stitch width you need. Step Two: within 5 days of your reply to my personal confirmation, I will email you a proof of your custom design so you can double check the spelling of the names. Step Three: within 5 days of your confirmation of the name spellings you will have final delivery of your custom blanket pattern!
