❤︎ I don’t think my download link is working – it just takes me to the product page. You are clicking the wrong link in your email. Download links are in the right-hand column of the receipt, under the header that says ‘downloads.’ This is the link you need to click to open the PDF file.
❤︎ How do I access my downloads once logged in on mayhemandmajesty.com? If you created an account at checkout, your files are accessible here forever! Just log in here: https://mayhemandmajesty.com/login Then click on ‘Downloads’ and you’ll be brought to a list of all your patterns.
↪️ In the event of a DUPLICATE purchase, proof of each purchase must be made and then a refund can be given for the duplicate purchase. Otherwise, no refunds, exchanges or returns are offered, due to the nature of digital crochet patterns.
