- This filet crochet pattern is worked from the bottom up and turned for each new row.
- Left-hand hook holders follow this pattern as written. When you are crocheting an even row, you will be able to read the letters correctly. If you consult the graph, remember to read right to left on odd rows & left to right on even rows. The border instructions will help you make sure the right side is facing when you do your border.
- A graph for this pattern can be found in a separate file included with your purchase.
- This pattern can be made with any weight yarn & hook, but the finished size is approximately 47 x 45 inches (119 x 114 cm) using the yarn weight & hook listed below.
- Blanket Body + SC Edging: 1,537 yards (1,405 m) Worsted Yarn (#4/8ply/aran)
- Border: 335 yards (306 m)

Pattern Notes
- This pattern can be worked with any weight yarn and hook but the finished size is approximately 51x61 inches using the yarn & hook listed in the supplies below. This blanket’s size can only be changed by using different weights of yarn and corresponding hooks.

- Blanket Body: 2,147 yards worsted weight yarn
- 781 yards each for the top & bottom music panels
- 585 yards for the center lyric panel
- Simple Border: 252 yards worsted weight yarn

- This pattern can be worked with any weight yarn and hook.
- Finished size of one block is approximately 12 inches square using DK yarn and a 4mm hook.
- Made a Mayhem & Majesty pattern before? Awesome! But please read the Initial SC Edging pattern again, as the stitch amounts on the sides of blocks/blankets has changed.

- Finished size is approximately 40x50 inches (101x127cm) using Worsted yarn and a 5mm hook.
- This blanket can be decreased in size by using DK weight yarn & a 4mm hook.

We Do – a Wedding Blanket
- This pattern can be worked with any weight yarn and hook.
- Yarn amounts are given for worsted (aran) weight yarn with a 5mm hook with a finished size of approximately 58x66 inches.
- Yarn Amounts - My personal tension/gauge for this yarn + hook size is 12 sts by 8 rows = 4” For the blanket on the cover, I used Hobby Lobby’s I Love This Yarn in Ivory & Teal Sparkle. 10% is added to my personal yardages to help account for looser tensions.

CUSTOM Filet Lettering Panel Pattern
1 Custom Lettering Panel
This listing is for one (1) custom lettering panel (one word, name, or date) that can be added to any filet crochet blanket pattern in my shop (or any blanket pattern you have that is crocheted in rows - just tell me the stitch width of the blanket). If you would like more than one word/name/date please add more than one of this listing into your cart.- This pattern is worked as one piece from the bottom up.
- Pattern is customized to fit any filet blanket pattern in my shop - but you need to own already, or purchase with this panel, the pattern you plan to use.
- Your custom lettering panel will come with the numerical pattern as well as the graph and information on successfully adding it into your chosen blanket design at the bottom, middle, or top of the blanket. All lettering panels will be centered in the stitch width of your specified blanket.
- It is yours to use however you like in projects you stitch - but you may not create/sell/share any patterns which include the word/date/name I created for you.
- If you are new to numerical filet please read this page to familiar yourself with the method.
- Left handed? It doesn’t matter - just crochet this blanket as written. My patterns have been tested by left-handed crocheters and this does not effect the lettering panels.
- Want to use this custom panel in another designer's pattern? Please contact me BEFORE ordering to ensure the stitch width will work.

Creation Timeline -
Step One: within 24 hours of payment I will email you to personally confirm your order. This is NOT the "Thank you for your order, here are your downloads" email you get immediately after purchase. This personal sent email will come after the system-sent purchase email. In this email, I will double check the spelling and placement of your lettering as well as the stitch width you need. Step Two: within 3 days of your reply to my personal confirmation, I will email you a proof of your custom design so you can double check the spelling of the names. Step Three: within 3-5 days of your confirmation of the name spellings you will have final delivery of your custom blanket pattern!
