Siren Song Shawl
Siren Song Shawl
- This pattern is to be worked with a sock weight yarn. Something like a Hobbii Sultan, Azalea, or Dahlia which are caked gradient yarns look lovely with no effort on your part to change colors or weave ends!
- Yarn amounts are for a wrap with a finished size of approximately 20” x 72” inches (length will vary depending on personal preference) using sock weight yarn and a 3.75mm hook.
- GUAGE is approximately 11 dc by 6 rows = 2” square using sock weight and a 3.75mm hook. Meeting this isn’t crucial, but if you are a particularly loose crocheter, you might want to go down in hook size so your wrap isn’t a blanket.
- Blanket Anyone? The pattern has a simple marked repeat both on the Torah and n the numerical pattern which allows you to make a thinner shawl or a wider shawl - or even a blanket!
- Up to 2188 yards sock weight yarn (I used almost two Hobbii Dahlia cakes - it will depend on your desired length, and width - every person is different!)
- 3.75mm hook (4mm works just fine too)
